Low Sew Bunny Lovey
Crochet Pattern
The Low Sew Bunny Lovey is the perfect gift for little and big kids! The bunny’s head and blanket are made in one piece with the ears crocheted (or sewn )into place. The arms are sewn onto the blanket along with some simple embroidery for the face. The lovey works in all weights of yarn (examples are crocheted in Super Bulky and Aran weight).
Using Super Bulky weight yarn and an 8mm hook, our Low Sew Bunny Lovey is approximately 40cm tall (not including ears). The size will vary depending on yarn, hook, and tension.
Materials
Super Bulky yarn (Source of Fibre Unreal Chenille) in
Sesame (Main Colour) – 430g (approx. 290m / 317y)
Macadamia (Contrasting Colour) – 55g (approx. 37m / 40y)
Scraps of Aran weight acrylic yarn in
Black
Grey (or to match the Main Colour)
8.0mm crochet hook (or to suit your tension)
9.0mm crochet hook (or to suit your tension)
20mm Glitter Safety Eyes
(not suitable for children under the age of 3 years)
